WHAT ARE COOKIES?

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Non-anonymised cookies constitute actual personal data. The user will therefore be a “data subject” pursuant to EU Regulation No. 2016/679 with regard to the processing of such data.
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of technical cookies is to enable proper browsing of the Website and does not require the data subject’s consent pursuant to Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code
The legal basis for the processing of cookies for which current legislation requires the data subject’s consent (cookies with purposes other than technical purposes) is precisely the data subject’s consent.
The provision of personal data is therefore optional and failure to provide it will not have any negative consequences for the user in relation to cookies with purposes other than technical purposes; for cookies with technical purposes, deletion may cause website functionality issues.
