EUROPE MEDIA S.R.L., with registered office in Milan at Via Monte Napoleone 8, registered with the Milan Monza Brianza Lodi Companies Register, tax code and VAT number 09156800964, email: info@europemediagroup.eu, certified email: europemediasrl@legalmail.it, as the Data Controller, hereby informs you that, in accordance with current legislation, all data processing operations will be conducted in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency.

Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), the following information is provided.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The processing will concern the data provided directly by the data subject when completing the “Contact” form, and in particular: name, surname, telephone number, email address, user IP address (as well as any additional data the data subject intends to provide by completing the form), and will be carried out electronically to respond to requests for information and/or quotes made by the data subject.

With the express consent of the data subject, personal data may be processed to send discounts, promotions, and other advertising material (so-called direct marketing) regarding the Data Controller’s services, via newsletters and private messaging systems (e.g., WhatsApp).

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing consisting of responding to requests for information is the fulfillment of pre-contractual obligations at the data subject’s request.

Subscription to the newsletter will only occur with the express consent of the data subject.

NATURE OF PROCESSING

The provision of data for the purposes indicated above is optional, as failure to provide it will make it impossible to respond to requests and send commercial communications, without impacting the proper execution of any existing contractual relationship.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing will be carried out exclusively by the Data Controller, or by authorized and specifically trained personnel. The data collected, if necessary or instrumental to the execution of the aforementioned purposes, may be processed by third parties appointed as external data processors, including companies that provide services related to the aforementioned purposes (including website hosting and newsletter management companies).

The updated list of external data processors can be consulted by contacting the data controller by email at info@europemediagroup.it

The data may be transferred outside the EU, and in particular to the USA, from the moment you can be contacted via WhatsApp messaging. In any case, the transfer will take place in accordance with the SSC approved by the European Commission on June 4, 2021.

Except as provided above, your data will not be transferred outside the EU.

RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be retained only until the purpose of responding to requests for information has been fulfilled.

Data processed for direct marketing purposes will be processed until consent is withdrawn, and in any case, considering the type of goods and services sold by the data controller, for a maximum period of two years from the date of collection (this period being understood as the period during which interest in receiving advertising communications is presumed to exist) and/or from confirmation of consent, in the event that the data subject expresses his or her wish to continue receiving such communications, even after the two-year period has elapsed.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Except for the cases referred to in Article 23 regarding legal obligations, public interest, or the exercise of official authority, the Data Subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 against the data controller.

Confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed and, where that is the case, access to it (right of access) (Art. 15);
Rectification of inaccurate personal data, or completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification) (Art. 16);
Erasure of your data, if one of the grounds set out in the Regulation applies (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17);
Restriction of processing where one of the conditions set out in the Regulation applies (right to restriction of processing) (Art. 18);
To receive the personal data you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller (right to data portability) (Art. 20).
To object to the processing of your personal data (right to object) (Art. 21).
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (automated decision-making).
